Mimurosugi ‘Dio Abita’ Muroka Genshu Sake
This sake is by Imanishi Shuzo. With an ABV of 13%, it is lower than the average alcohol content of sake. This is a genshu (undiluted sake). It stands out in its interesting brewing method – water is added to the moromi slowly and in small amounts over time. Yamada Nishiki rice is used for this sake.
Sweet, refreshing green apple or muscat.
It has a light body and is smooth. Pairs well with Japanese and Western cuisines. Juicy and well-balanced sweetness and umami on the palette with a gentle acidity.
